SETUP AND ACTIVATING YOUR NEW PHONE

Activating your Spot Mobile phone is easy!

SETUP

  1. Insert the SIM Card into the back your phone  under the battery. 
  2. Insert the battery and charge the Spot Mobile phone for at least 3 hours using the home charger not the car charger (sold separately)  For detailed instructions refer to your handset owner’s   manual.                

 

ACTIVATION

  1. Locate your Activation Code located on the SIM card

  1. Call the Activation System by dialing 1-888-483-3249 from a landline
  2. The automated Operator will prompt you to enter your Activation Code followed by a second prompt requesting your zip code.
  3. You will be advised that it could take up to 15 min for the Activation to be completed.
  4. To obtain your telephone number simply dial 1-866-483-3249 from your Spot Mobile phone and enter the Activation Code  or simply select "Settings" + "Phone Status" and My Number which will be shown on the screen. You will also recieve a text message indicating your Spot Mobile Telephone Number
  5. Start making calls.
