Your Balance

TRACKING YOUR BALANCE AND EXPIRATION DATE.
Always remember to refill your account before it expires so that your existing balance will be carried forward. Your balance:
  1. To check your available phone balance simply dial 611 from your Spot Mobile Prepaid Phone or dial 866-450-2401 from any phone and follow the voice prompts.
Your Expiry/Termination Date:
  1. To check your expiry date simply dial 611 from your Spot Mobile Prepaid Phone or dial 1-866-450-2401 from any phone and selecting option "3" from the menu.
  2. You will receive a text message when your balance is low as well as a recorded message advising that you have 1 minute left on your call.
  3. Your balance will expire 90 days from date of reload.
  4. Your account will be terminated after 60 days of inactivity, even if there is a balance remaining on your account. Once an account is inactive it cannot be reactivated and new cellular phone/account must be purchased.
