Voice Mail

Spot Mobile voicemail answers your calls and takes messages when you're not available.  Any unanswered calls are automatically transferred to your voicemail.  This occurs when your phone is in use or turned off. 

Voicemail is included with every Spot  Mobile phone and rate plan.

Once your Spot Mobile Phone is activated, you’ll be able to receive voice mail.  To get started, follow the steps below to learn how to set up and retrieve your voicemail.  If you forget your pass code, call Customer Service (611) to have it reset.

Setting Up Your Voice Mailbox

  1. Press and hold the number “1” key
  2. Follow the voice prompts

Checking your Voice Mail Messages from your Wireless Phone

  1. Press and hold number “1” key
  2. Follow the voice prompts

Checking your Voice Mail Messages from Other Phones

  1. Dial your 10-digit Spot Mobile number.
  2. Press the * key when you hear your personal greeting.
  3. Enter your personal pass code.
  4. Follow the Voice Prompts.
